CHARACTER PROFILES

Ben Trant

BEN• Ben is the leading presenter for Ben and J’s along with Jordan. As co-

founder, producer and creative director, he is not only the face, but the brains behind the success of the series.

• With a keen interest in history, Ben is fascinated by the Seven Year War and is very enthusiastic when talking to members of the public.

• His first claim to fame was gaining the world record for most cashew nuts eaten with a toothpick in one minute on breakfast TV. In late 2013, Ben became the first man ever to memorise Do-Re-Mi backwards, Ben never fails to surprise. His own Mother admits his birth was a pleasant, yet utterly unexpected gift.

JORDAN

• Alongside Ben, Jordan is the main presenter, co-founder, producer and creative director of Ben and Js.

• It was his idea to plan a series based on gang crime and the series success has been nothing short of a credit to his brilliance.

• An expert on war and British history, Jordan is the fountain of knowledge during the series, regularly dishing out stats and facts along the way.

RUFF MCTUFFEN• Ruff is the resident crime expert for Ben and J productions. He has

followed the boys on all of their gang related series and was one of the first to be confirmed in the new series.

• Ruff studied Drug Law at Boscombe University, graduating in 2008. He then went on to work in the Pochettino drug cartel, deep in the Mexican favelas. Ruff eventually spent four years as an extra in Prison Break, playing such characters as the .

• Ruff is a good friend of Ben and J, they often spend Wednesday lunchtimes mauling over the last week over a pot of Bovril and coconut snowballs.

ALEN COCKETTE• Alen is the touchline reporter for Ben and J productions. He is a

fearless and very insistent reporter who gets the facts and know how whatever the circumstances.

• Before joining the crew, he used his extensive photography skills for page 73 of The Sun, getting the perfect ankle shot of the girl of the day.

• An expert in-front and behind the camera, he has been invaluable to the series success and recently scooped the award for best photo of an under 5.

VIIN LYEE• Viin is a Vietnamese farmer who moved to the UK in search of tax

credits and cheap land to call home. Unfortunately, during the Seven Year War, Viin lost his farmland to a raging fire that he claims was started by a ciggy butt from 2keys.

• Now, he is forced to live off the lands of Magna Academy, juggling between his Marijuana production and his job as assistant caretaker to Tim.

• Viin is also busy plotting a working class revolution, although he only has nine members, Will Young still liked their Facebook page.

• Viin’s Serbian model wife, Bhloe Cright is currently the face of white chocolate minstrelles although Viin insists she doesn’t break her curfew

JOHN• As an ex member of the CHC, John gives a fascinating insight into the

working life of the Canford Heath Crews’ operations. Although his stories brought a tear to many, he gave a truly compelling tale of shankings and a bitter war for drug dominance.

• Due to the severity of his revealings, John claims he had already booked the first tandem out of the UK before he began the interview as to ensure he couldn’t be found by the CHC or 2keys for that matter.

• His addiction to Monster and gaming caused him to suffer from severe depression but he claimed he was well on the way to recovery. Nonetheless, Ben and J sent him their best wishes.

FRANK

• Frank surprised the Ben and J team when he got in touch and said he wanted to give an account of his experiences in the CHC. His identity had to be hidden for his own safety, although Frank was happy to reveal everything from gang loyalty points to the CHC’s use of Bebo, which as he rightfully pointed out, nobody uses and monitors anymore because it is like, so 2009.

• Frank was so moved but the end of his interview that he asked if we could help

him to track down someone he had shanked previously so he could apologise.

VICTIM• Seth Bacey is a DJ from Boscombe looking to work way back up the

musical stool (because a ladder was too ambitious) after his tragic departure from the band Balisaside.

• After a short at the BIC (it was short because they were expecting Calvin Harris); Bacey walks home through Verity; depressed and with nothing but a large cheesy chips with extra cheese to console him. It was then that he was shanked by Frank.

• He shares his traumatic story with Ben and J then agrees to meet his aggressor however not only do his emotions get the better of him but 2keys ambush

Bom Turden

• A devoted revolutionist, Bom is running for the Canford Heath seat. His main rival, Dominic George of UKIP though is reportedly funding 2key operations in Canford Heath to take him down.

• Ben and J attend a revolutionist meeting with Viin, Bom and others where they agree to work closely with each other.

• Bom is later revealed to be a political extremist and is reportedly assassinated just days before the election.
