I graduated from Agean University, department of Biology.

2.WHICH GRADE LEVELS DO YOU TEACH?

He has been teaching for 5th grades. But he also teaches Math and Science for 6th to 8th grades.

She has been teaching for 9th,10th

and 11th grades.

3.WHAT IS AVERAGE NUMBER OF STUDENTS IN EACH CLASS? WHAT IS TOTAL NUMBER OF YOUR STUDENTS?

There are around 30 students in each class. I have 33 students.

There are almost 25 students in each class.I have 100 students .

4.DID YOU RECIEVE A COURSE ON CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT IN YOUR TEACHER EDUCATION PROGRAM?

I went to seminars when I was at university. Because I graduated from the faculty of arts and science, I took these courses after graduation. But they are not enough to be a teacher.

I tried different certificate programs like drama teaching to teenagers using

drama method. And…

5.HAVE YOU RECEIVED ANY IN-SERVICE TRAINING ON CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT?

I received in-service training after graduation.

She studied on it in detail in detail at her

university.

8.DO YOU FEEL YOURSELF CONFIDENT ABOUT DEALING WITH CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS?

I think I’m confident. But we can lose our confidence in some cases.We can make mistakes when we face problems caused by students.

I feel confident because my strategies work.Also she claims…

I spend first 5-10 minutes of the lesson to movitave my students.

If a teacher doesn’t do that, he can have classroom management problems.

9.How much do you usually spend in a 40 minute lesson to solve classroom management problems?

I spend almost 10-15 minutes for controlling homeworks and picking up the phones.

10.DO YOU ASK FOR HELP FROM ADMINISTRATION OF YOUR SCHOOL?

I think a teacher should solve problems in the classroom.

If serious problems such as theft and eloping occur, we can ask for help from administration.

Rarely because I can generally handle them on my own.

DO YOU COMMUNICATE WITH PARENTS FOR CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS?

I communicate with them to give information.

Teacher shouldn’t ask to the parents how to manage classroom.

Teacher should get feedback from parents.

Because we are three major area…

We must be in communication to solve CMP’s
