• Strengthening the existing social media portfolio

• As a long term vision expanding the current pool of client and including all popular social media platforms.

• He is on the vacation doing some useful courses in IIM ahamedabad and AMA(ahmedabad management association) and upgrading him self at present.

To him ,job satisfaction is:-

• Job satisfaction is the boundless open textbook for him. Though he believes he will never be satisfy with his job as whenever is set a benchmark and he over succeed it he find aonther difficult job and start working on it until or unless he do not achieve the same.

Dealing with juniors to get the work done

• Be the generalist• Distribute responsibilities • Assign different projects• Give guidance

Convincing the authorities for support

• Put a hold on defensiveness • Realize that the person in authority was in

your position once• Answer questions at appropriate times• Don't take a step back• Control your nervousness• Focus on the positive part

"Can do" attitude

• In his opinion you don't have to "can do" attitude or "can't do" attitude.if you are not able to accomplish certain feat it doesn't mean that you are not competent.achieving is influenced by so many external factors which is beyond once control. So, be happy in whenever you achieve and don't feel for failure. Be practically.keep going in life.
