How to Edit Pictures using

PicMonkey

To start


Go to “www.picmonkey.com”


You will see this.


Highlight “Edit a Photo”


You will see this.


Don’t worry.It’s still the same button.


Press “Enter” key.


This comes out.


It’s the “Open” Dialog box.


Pick a file to edit.


Let’s use this one.


Click on the picture.


Press “Open”


Your picture will appear


Let’s focus on this part first.


These are “Editor” Tabs.


Use this tab to edit photos.


For Basic Editing: focus on these tabs only.


The Basic Edit Tab for Resizing and Adjustments


Effects Tab for Photo Effects


Text Tab for Messages


Overlays for Text Background


Frames for Photo Edges


OK. Let’s start editing.


Our Project : Holy Week Ad


We will make a Holy Week message.


Let’s make the Text Background first.


Click “Overlay” to add text background


Overlay Box will appear.


Choose shape and style for your background.


Click on chosen style.


Drag corners to resize.


Edit Background using Edit Box.


Background finished!


Next, the ad’s message.


Click Text Tab


Click on “Add Text”


Text Edit Box appears.


and the Text Box too.


Now, Choose a Font.


Click chosen font style.


Next, click the text box.


Then type your message.


Edit text using Text Edit Box.


Text is finished!


Finally, let’s have the photo framed.


Click Frames Tab


Choose Frame style.


Frame’s done!


Now, you can eitherSAVE or SHARE

your photos!


How?


1. Save Photo to PC


Click Save to Download it on your PC


Choose filename and size.


Click Save.


Done!


2. Share to your Websites.


Click Share to Post on Facebook and other sites


You will see this.


Click sites you want this pic shared with.


Don’t forget to put a message!


Press “Do It!”


Done!


Congrats!

You have just successfully made your first PicMonkey graphic!
