IntroductionWelcome to the Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation pre-study modules. Before you proceed, please take a few minutes to look over this brief overview of the platform’s main features.

The LearnspaceThis is your Learnspace, through which you can access all of the pre-study content. The two modules that have been made available to you at this stage are indicated by their brightly-coloured round icons. Enter either of these modules at any time by dragging the relevant icon down to the circle at the centre of the page. Please note that the two remaining modules are currently locked and cannot yet be accessed.

Each module contains five lessons, which can be undertaken either chronologically or in any order, once the module’s pre-test has been completed (accessible via the button at the centre of the circle – indicated by the orange arrow below). You may take the pre-test as many times as you wish.

The LessonsClick on any of the lesson icons to view a short description of the lesson content, and enter the lesson by clicking the “Play” button.To return to the previous Learnspace page, click the “X” at the top of your screen (indicated below).

Navigational ButtonsYou can use these buttons to navigate back through lesson pages that you have already viewed. Please note, however, that this function is only available for review purposes – you will be able to view page content, but will not be able to re-attempt any activities or otherwise interact with the lesson. Use the forward navigational button to return to the latest screen and continue your lesson.

Home ButtonYou can return to the Learnspace at any time by clicking the home button located at the bottom centre of every lesson page (indicated below). This will let you leave the lesson, and take you back to the module page, from which you can navigate through to other lessons, or even other modules.

Account Settings MenuYou can access this menu by clicking on the icon located in the top right-hand corner of the lesson screen.The History slider can be used to bring up your Lesson History window, which can be used to review previous lesson pages with more ease. Again, you will be able to access these pages for content review purposes only, and will need to return to the latest page in order to continue interacting with the lesson.If you’d like to re-attempt previous lesson pages with full interactivity, you can select “Restart Lesson” to undertake the lesson again, from the beginning. This can be done at any time, but please note that your previous progress will be lost.

Notepad AppIf you’d like to take notes as you go through the lesson, this can be done using the Notepad app, accessible via the app button, which is also located in the top right-hand corner of your lesson screen.Clicking on the Notepad icon will bring up the Notepad sidebar.You can either type in your own notes, or copy content directly from the lesson and paste it in. Your notes will be automatically saved, and can be accessed at any point in the lesson.

Other FeaturesProgress Bar: The progress bar can be found at the top of each lesson page, once the substantial lesson content has begun. You can use it to track your progress through each lesson.

Help Icons: These little icons can be found periodically throughout the lessons. You can click on them to view pop-ups containing further information about terms and concepts used within the lessons.
