• Walking the Talk• Read appendix which includes Best Practices and

FAQ.• Notify Program Chair about concerns, issues or

problems with syllabi; submit just-in-time feedback.

• Pull new syllabus each module to remain current with changes

• Fill in any additional lesson plan activities using the Time on Task (TOT) and Assignment Time Exchange form turn into your Program Chair 5 days prior to the next start date if there are changes
