MDL-ADO 004 CONTROL AND MONITORING PANEL

All electrical elements are placed on a board made of aluminum with thickness 4-5 mm for get more space and easy of use. Thus, more element to be used in narrow areas.

Command elements done as modular type and divided form. The benefit of this; elements in case of malfunction or damage; the present system can be modified

Control panel can be removed in a few seconds for the mounted on the table as a channel. Closed and sealed on all sides to prevent ingress of dust. 4 mm measure born socket are used on the panel; so all electrical connections are made easily by banana cable.

Each relay has 3 contact that can be used as normally open or normally closed. When the relay coil is powered it can be seen by signal lamps with metal body. 6 pieces of 3 different colored signal lamp are on the panel for to use various purposes

1. INPUT MODULE: It contains 220 VAC input 24VDC output power supply, emergency stop button, on-off button with indicator lamp, female energy cable with fuse, +24V and - 0V output sockets.

2. BUTTONS AND SIGNAL LAMPS MODULE: 4 PCS buttons (3 pcs variable, 1 pcs permanenetly) Each button have 2 pcs contact can be used as normally open or normally closed. All buttons with signal lamp that 2 color as green and yellow. Lamp sockets are on the right of module.

3. RELAY MODULE: Each relay has 3 contact that can be used as normally open or normally closed. When the relay coil is powered it can be seen by signal lamps that metal body, 8 mm diameter, IP 65.

4. DIGITAL TIME RELAY MODULE: It has be 24V DC properties w i t h d i g i t a l screen. 48x48 mm sizes, 2x4 counts. Can be set easily by push buttons that replaced on the front screen. Protection class IP60 front panel, IP20 back panel. Sensing mode selectable like PNP, NPN. 9 stage (0-99.99 second, 0-9999 hour). Memory or memoryless.

5. DIGITAL COUNTER MODULE: Digital screen, 48x48 mm sizes. 2x4 count. It have 2 output socket for counting process. Counting frequence 25- 9999 Hz (max. 9999Hz, 5V- 30V pulse). You can use NO and NC relay at the output. Front panel IP 65 class. Back panel IP20 class. Adjustment and programming process easily mini push button that replaced front panel. Sensing mode selectable; like PNP, NPN, encoder etc.

6. DC MOTOR, STEPPING MOTOR, OPTICAL ENCODER MODULE:

a. DC Motor: With normally torque can be many application. About 100 RPM. Mounted panel by 3 screws it can be demounted. Very stable. Can be operated 2 pcs socket by easily. Triger gear attached at the motor sipindle. Triger belt used with DC motor and encoder or stepping motor and encoder.

b. Stepping Motor and Driver: Hybrid type stepping motor. Nema 17, 4,8 kg.cm, 1,8 degree, 2,5A, 48 mm, 2 phase. Insulation resistance; 100MΩ min 50VDC.

oDielectric strength; 500VAC 1minute. Temperature rise 80 C.

c. Optical Encoder: Can be used with motor module that described on the below. Incremental 100 pulse/turn, 50 mm case diameter, aluminum and steel case material. 5-30VDC supply voltage. Spindle diameter that 6,8 mm made from stainless steel. Output type TP (push-pull), TTL (line driver), HTL (line driver). Possible to 4000 RPM. Supply voltage 5-24V and IP 50 protection class. It have 6 cable.

7. PLC MODULE: SIEMENS Simatic S7 1200, CPU 1212C PLC. 8 pcs input simulator. 8 pcs toggle momentary. 8 pcs signal lamp with metal body, IP 65, 8 mm diameter. Selectable fast output or normally output.

Inputs can be signaled with toggle switch; not needed another device. You can be controlled to the signal is okey or not okey .

This model PLC has 2 analog input signal. Analog signal measurable by digital voltmeter or adjustable. Existing relay of PLC, not suitable driving of steping motor or servo motor. Because electrical switch is attached to the set for application TPO, PWM
