1. Comprehensive Development Programs Role • The Comprehensive Development Programs contribute to help women from

marginalized areas to reduce poverty and achieve sustainable development that leads to transformational change, bringing about real improvements in people’s lives, such as,

• promoting an integrated approach to achieve sustainable development that tackles multidimensional poverty, inequality, social exclusion, and sustainability,

• increasing knowledge, skills and information to reduce risks and hopelessness,

• integrating environmental considerations with its frameworks, to ensure social protection and improve people’s lives

2.Presentation• Comprehensive programs are based upon fondamental principes, such as:• Effective partnerships in education, social development programs, and culturel activities • Social concerns will be taken in consideration in setting priorities and frameworks.• There must be a clear focus on development results to ensure better practical success in

reducing • barriers to education, social and economic concerns for women.• Programs must pay attention to the strengthening of structural and social reforms adjustment

in the education, culture and capacity building programs, such as, • policy of social and economic cohesion,• level of social protection for women,• social and community development work• services and opportunities at the collective level

7.Mental Health Services

Provide adequate counseling for women and children living conflicted situations

The work force programs will improve poor’s life and changing women attitudes towards returning traditional values

It is necessary to think about advocating for a humanistic culture based on human rights, equities and social justice, as well as engaging genders from young men and young girls, community leaders and activists from universities, civil society, local councils and youth centres, to encourage volunteerism actions and protecting environnement from destruction and vandalism. It’s necessary

to foster a space for women and both genders to express their needs , such as ,Encouraging the exchange of ideas ideas, (Crafts, theatre, shows, games, etc),

8.Methodologies Establishing of a national citizenship board

creating an advisory leadership group of fair elected representatives committees of universities, schools, civil society, local councils, and human rights issues Improve legislation and reforms to encourage philanthropic actions and the exercise of citizenship Ensure a coherent coordinated approach with all relevant decision makers from Key issues, that ,

17.Conclusion• The social development programs will promote health awareness, social,

human rights, culture and life skills to overcome the densely living conditions in marginalized areas. It is necessary to strengthen the ability of women to organize their new life, integrate into a full multi-culture of tolerance, hope and parity. The experienced women can help the other women in difficulty to surmount their trials, and integrate a new life.

• The programs will meet in first phase the recovery of women from the trauma of conflicted situations. They will reach their well being, and move on a new life of free and responsible women.
