Responsibility.

Witness of hydro test, pneumatic test, line flushing, air blowing, steam blowing, reinstatement, etc. Surveillance of steel structures and piping during fabrication, assembly and erection to conform to the

quality procedure and specification Witness final alignment and bolt torque for steel structures and pipe flanges Generate RFI (Request For Inspection) for various stage inspections and hold points Interfacing with client and sub-contractors for technical meetings Conducting internal meetings for quality issues Inspection of pipe spools as per approved isometrics

Inspection and preparation of Punch list of piping works, defects and corrections. Pointing out of engineering problems to the corresponding technical departments for the correction of

designs not following the standards in use. ASME, API, BSS, etc. inserted in the punch lists. Control of advance of the repairs of the points included in the punch lists, inspection of parts and

equipment, approval of the points not satisfied with after being modified or repaired. Identification of all the components used in the tests for a correct identification during the test inspection. Suggestions to the Engineering Department for the design modification in order to adapt them with the

standards used or for a better functioning of the component. Review of Test Package and identification of manifold and gauges. Preparation of Test Pack Punch list Clearance report Preliminary conformity to P & ID checking. Attend weekly meeting for reporting of work accomplishment. Prepare “Weekly Progress Report” and submit to client for verification. Monitored Piping works based on P&IDs and approved construction IFC(ISSUE FOR CONSTRUCTION).
