浙江德威不锈钢管业制造有限公司创始于 1986 年，是一家专业生产工业不锈钢焊管及管件的企业，嘉兴地处江浙沪中心位置，距离上海浦东国际机场 120 公里，距离虹桥机场 88 公里，杭州萧山国际机场 100 公里。公司注册资本一亿零三十万元人民币，生产区占地面积 10 万平方米，总投资三亿五千万元人民币，年产不锈钢焊管突破 50000 吨，销售额逾 15 亿元。产品运行国家标准（ GB) ，化工行业标准（ HG) ，石化行业标准（ SH) 组织生产标准和国际化标准组织（ ISO ), 欧美国家标准，如德标（ DIN), 美标（ ASTM), 欧盟国家标准（ EN), 日标（ JIS) 等，并且已执行美国石油协会 API Q1 质量体系，通过 API 5LC 认证，美国 ASME 认证 , 以及欧盟 PED 认证 , 德威申请的中国船级社（ CCS) 、法国船级社 (BV) 、英国劳式船级社（ LR ）、挪威德国劳式船级社（ DNVGL ）以及美国船级社（ ABS ）认证正在审核中。德威引进国际先进化的 JCO 新型工业焊管生产线 ,￠ 630 自动连续生产线机组及多套单面焊接双面成型的德国等离子焊 , 埋弧焊机组，生产的焊管可分为单直缝、双直缝和环缝对接：单缝（ Φ6-Φ914 ），壁厚从 0.5mm至 60mm ；双缝（ 630-1524 ）壁厚从 2mm至 80mm ，环缝（ Φ914 以上），壁厚从 2mm到 100mm 。

目前公司所用的材质主要为：镍基不锈钢 (N08904,N06600,N08825等 ) ，双相不锈钢 (S32750、 S31803, S32205) ，奥氏体不锈钢 (310S、 309S、 316L、 321、304L、 304等 ) 、铁素体 (430, 409L等 ) ，铜镍合金 (C70600 , C70620) 及部分特殊钢种 (254SMO,S30815,253MA) 。德威期待着与客户建立长期的合作关系，互利共赢，共同发展。

Founded in 1986, Zhejiang Dewei Stainless Steel Pipe Industry Co.,Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of welded stainless steel pipes & tubes and fittings for industrial applications. Dewei is located at Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China, with about 120 KM away from PVG (Shanghai Pudong International airport), 88KM away from SHA (Shanghai Hongqiao Airport),100KM away from HIA (Hangzhou International Airport). With registered capital of 100.3 million RMB and total investment of 350 million RMB. Dewei has an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons and sales of 1500 million RMB by 2015.

The production of Dewei not only comply with domestic quality-relatedcertificates, such as GB, HG and SH; it also follows international standards, such as ISO,DIN,ASTM,EN, and JIS. Currently, Dewei has been certified with API Spec Q1, API Spec 5LC, ASME and PED. Dewei has submitted the documentation for the review of CCS, BV, LR,DNVGL, ABS. Dewei has equipped with JCO welding production line , ￠ 630 automatic continuous production line, multiple sets of single sided and double sided German plasma, submerged arc welding equipment. Dewei can produce the welded stainless steel pipes or tubes with single straight seam (ф6-ф914, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 60mm), double straight seam (ф630-ф1524, wall thickness from 2mm to 80mm), and circular seam (above ф914, wall thickness from 2mm to 100mm).

Dewei’ s main stainless steel grades are: Ni-Alloys (N08904,N06600,N08825,etc),Duplex(S32750,S31803,S3225,etc), Austeni te (310S,309S,316L,321,304L,304 etc ), Copper Nickel Alloy (C70600,C70630) and Ferrite (430,409L etc) and other special material (254SMO,S30815,253MA).
