The Metaphysical Basis of Suffering

The root cause of all miseries and sufferings is karma body which contains coded records of one’s past deeds

Taijjas body decodes messages and sends to physical body

Physical body is the medium for the manifestation of miseries and sufferings

Physical body is just a scapegoat who has to bear the burden

The agitation and turmoil caused by fruition of Karma makes the Soul doubts its own independent and eternal existence

Physical Inactiveness – Motionless Body

Basis of bodily movement is muscular system

Inaction of skeletal voluntary muscles can be achieved at will with systematic progressive relaxation process

Activity of the brain and autonomous nervous system also continues

Smooth involuntary muscles of intestines, cardiac muscles etc. will remain in action at minimum rate
