دوره شور و نشاط و استفاده از دانشجوی�ی ب�ا توج�ه ب�ه س�ن جوان�ی اس�ت و دوره فرص�ت ه�ا و خطرهاست فرص�تها و مواجه�ه ب�ا خطرات

در گرفت�ن قرار دلی�ل انتقال ب�ه دنیای مرحل�ه به ورود برای ،بزرگسالی. افراد باید در این دوره مهارت های شناختی ، اجتماعی ، ت�ا آنه�ا را برای ی�ک زندگ�ی س�الم و مولد برای هیجان�ی را بیاموزن�د

س�ازد. توانمن�د عم�ر دانشگاه تمام در مشاور استاد برنام ه یکی از مداخالت مهم برای دستیابی به این هدف است

می کند.تنهایی ، انزوا و افسردگی محافظت تأثیر بر تحص�یل دانشج�و عالوه بر جنب�ه های مختل�ف زندگ�ی
