Let’s make a deal! – A Case Study"

The Solution: ADF’s customer management system was robust and detailed. It was an untapped marketing resource with capabilities to sort very specific target markets (it’s dreamy).

I created the “ADF Hot Deals” program. Email Campaigns that offer Spa services, at a discount. The deals were offered for purchase through the website for a limited time. Rather than approach clients that were still “active” (i.e.. had visited the salon in the past year) I decided to reach out the lost clients in hopes of winning them back with the new spa services.

I did so much impressive work on this promotion that it deserves a bulleted list: #  Worked with client and staff to create a calendar of lucrative “hot deals” #  Received training in the salon’s client management software to create a system for creating and redeeming vouchers. #  Created in-house “Hot Deals” protocols and trained the front desk staff to ensure a seamless process for the salon staff and clients. # Created a shopping cart on website to sell “Hot deal” vouchers. # Designed and distributed weekly e-blasts featuring “Hot Deals” (see samples)

Objective: Build a clientele for the newly added Spa rooms.

Sold over $1,000 in vouchers to “lost clients”

Success -The voucher sales were phenomenal! We filled the Spa appointment bookings and turned lost business into new clients
