Design. We offer full design services in-house, covering the entire process from conceptual retail design to technical design specifications. We also frequently collaborate with client’s preferred design agencies.

设计我们提供全方位的内部设计服务，内容涵盖从整体概念方案设计到细节技术工艺设计的整个流程。同时，我们也经常与客户所指定的设计团队进行合作。

Engineering. Our key competence lies in innovatively engineering (& value engineering) retail fixturing concepts andin-house prototyping until final approval. Sound engineering enables efficient processes and ensures a lower cost of ownership.

We produce in Europe and Asia not only for competitive pricing and flexibility but also from an environmentally responsible perspective. Consideration is given to energy consumption in all production processes, from packaging to end-of-life disposal. We strongly believe that quality is key and has to reflect the image of the brand. We have procedures in place to guard our quality standards.

To manage the roll-out process we offer the following services:

Hosting a dedicated ordering web tool. The standardized system items are ordered via our dedicated web-based ordering tool.

Dedicated service desk. A dedicated service desk offers assistance via email and phone.

Project management. Our project managers manage client projects professionally, ensuring the smooth execution of all project phases.

Logistics. Orders are being picked and packed at our warehouse. The logistics department prepares all relevant documentation and makes arrangements for transportation to the store site.

Installation. Installation can be done in three ways:• Fully done by one of our installation teams • One of our supervisors assists/trains a local installation team on the job • Local installation team operating independently with an installation manual (trained by us)

物流订购产品将在我们的仓库进行包装并提货。物流部门将为客户准备好所有的相关文件并安排好运输以确保产品安全抵达店铺所在地。

装配装配程序可以有以下三种选择：• 由我方的安装团队全权负责并完成整个装配程序• 由我方安排一位主管协助/培训一支当地的安装团队用于该项目• 根据安装手册，当地安装团队独立完成整个装配程序（经过我方培训）
