Worked on Plant Economy Improvement Studies by Energy and Material balances, Pressure drop

calculations and schemes for Energy Conservation.

Worked in CAPEX project and Advanced Process Control (DMC Plus) Implementation in BBHO

(Naphtha Cracker).

Energy Conservation projects carried out using HYSYS Simulation software and improved the

energy efficiency of distillation columns by suggesting optimum reflux rate pertaining to a specific

distillate composition and minimum Reboiler heat input.

Furnace energy efficiency improvement with day to day data calibration.

Develop important parameter of IP21 to Excel sheet for better monitoring plant and prepare KPI

Graph.

Prepare PIPA with help of PHAST software and done consequence analysis of emergency

scenario.

Involve in COD minimization in OWS (oily Water sever) project and successfully completed

according to management vision under quality circle project. And awarded Gold Trophy by QCFI

due to popcorn polymer in Butadiene extraction unit.

Suggest to minimize solvent losses in wash water in BD unit with help of simulation work carried

out in HYSYS.

Prepared dynamic simulations of Ethylene Fractionator, Propylene Fractionator.

Prepare dynamic simulation BTX Extractive distillation with sulfolane for study solvent ratio and

optimization of benzene losses in raffinate.

Prepare dynamic simulation of propane propylene splitter (HIDC) mechanical vapor

recompression system and find out break through temp to minimize propylene losses from bottom

of column.

Steady state simulations developed for columns and heat exchangers.

Heat exchanger sizing carried out.
