What Is YouGiveGoods?

• Our goal is to connect people that need food with people who want to help them in the most efficient, cost-effective way possible.

• Our technology platform enables anyone, anywhere to set-up a Food Drive or to contribute to a Food Drive online.

• By making giving easy, fun and tangible, we hope to inspire more people to give more food.

How Does It Work?

• Setting Up An Online Food Drive: It only takes a few minutes to set-up an Online Drive and get it going.

• Getting Donors: The Drive Sponsor reaches out to their community to ask

them to donate to their Online Drive. The Food Pantry receives contact information of all of Donors.

• Get More Food: People donate by purchasing food online to contribute to

the Online Drive. YouGiveGoods delivers all of the food after the Drive is over.

Reduce Food Drive Costs

• Logistics: No cost for pick up or delivery of food; all online orders are consolidated and shipped directly to the Food Pantry at no cost.

• Food Sorting: Eliminate cost of sorting food; all online food delivered is new, shrink-wrapped, in cases.

• Food Waste: Eliminate cost of having to dispose of outdated or unwanted food.

How Does It Work?

When The Drive Is Over:

• Food Delivery: Approximately 2-3 weeks after the Drive is over YouGiveGoods will make a coordinated delivery of all of the food at no charge to the Food Pantry.

• Tax-deductible Receipt: is emailed to each food donor.

• Donor Capture: As a YouGiveGoods Charity Partner, we will send the Food Pantry donor contact information (names/email addresses) for your own personalized thank you communique and future outreach.
