Located in the heart of the western central business district (CBD) of Suzhou Industrial Park,

right next to the renowned Jinji Lake and traditional Suzhou city centre, Suzhou Center Mall

is the largest mall in the city, spanning close to 300,000 sq mt in gross floor area excluding

car park. Anchor tenants among the mall’s over 600 brands include Suzhou’s first CGV

cinemas, Suzhou’s first Fanpekka children’s theme park, Suzhou’s first indoor simulated

counter strike gaming center, an Olympic-size ice rink operated by Champion Rink, OLE

gourmet supermarket and Food Member food court.

Comprised of seven floors, six of which being above ground and one retail basement level,

the mall is a new city landmark. Featuring an undulating multi-colored roof, it is the world’s

largest free-form mono-coque roof at over 36,000 sq mt ; its silhouette emulating phoenix

wings to signify Suzhou’s growth taking flight.

Suzhou Center Mall boasts 60,000 m2 of lush greenery across its numerous outdoor

terraces, rooftops and the landscaped cantilever bridges that extend from two ends of the

mall to the lakefront. A 45 m-wide and 25 m-high water curtain adorns the mall’s façade

facing Jinji Lake. In front of the western entrance is a 1,600 sq mt semi-outdoor courtyard,

the designated venue for large-scale public events. Two giant LED screens – each

measuring 20 m in height and 70 m in width – artfully integrate with the design of the mono-

coque roof and offer stunning picture quality when turned on.

The strong value proposition of Suzhou Center Mall as a premium urban lifestyle center with

a strategic location in a fast-growing Chinese city has attracted keen interest from retailers.

The mall opened with a high commitment of more than 90% for its net lettable area of

approximately 152,000 sq mt.

蘇州中心購物商場

蘇州中心購物商場已於 2017年11月11日開幕。

蘇州中心商場位於蘇州工業園區西部中央商務區（CBD）核心地帶，毗鄰著名的金雞湖和蘇州老城中心，是全市最大的購物中心，不含停車場樓板總面積近 30 萬平方米。主要租戶包括蘇州第一家 CGV 電影院，蘇州第一個 Fanpekka 兒童主題公園，蘇州第一家室內模擬反恐精英遊戲中心，一個由冠軍冰場經營的奧運規格溜冰場，OLE 超市和美食廣場。

商場共有七層，地上建築六層和地下建築 B1 零售層組成，分佈在三個相互連通的建築，是新的城市地標。擁有起伏多彩的屋頂，是世界上最大超過 36,000 平方米的自由形態單體硬殼式屋頂；它的輪廓仿效鳳凰之翼，代表蘇州的飛躍成長。

蘇州中心商場擁有 6 萬平方米的綠色植物，橫跨其眾多的戶外露台，屋頂和從購物中心兩端延伸至湖畔的景觀懸臂橋。商場正面朝向金雞湖，有 45 米寬，25米高的水幕。西入口處是一個 1,600 平方米的半戶外庭院，是舉辦大型公共活動的指定場地。兩個巨型 LED 屏幕- 高 20 米，寬 70 米 - 巧妙地與單體屋頂的設計融為一體，開啟時提供驚人品質的畫面。

設計靈感來自金雞湖畔周邊的自然環境，包括園景臺階和景觀大橋，「水」亦是建築和室內設計概念中的一大特色。

蘇州中心商場的強大價值論點，作為高檔都市生活方式的中心，在快速增長的中國城市中佔有重要地位，已經引起了零售商的濃厚興趣。該商場以高達 90％以上的承諾開業，其淨出租面積約為 152,000 平方米。

《姑蘇繁華圖》長卷，又稱《盛世滋生圖》，是清代畫家徐揚所繪反映蘇州城繁華盛況的畫作，繪製於公元 1759 年，目前藏於遼寧省博物館，屬於國家一級文物。徐揚總共花費了 24 年時間才畫成此圖，全長 1,225 厘米，寬 35.8 厘米。
