3 Things You Can Do Today

1. Offer a “starting a new business” service – makes things easier for your clients AND for you down the line.

2. Don’t have a once-a-year/tax time relationship with your clients, constant contact for new opportunities to help. Cloud accounting & marketing automation can help make this easier as a firm.

3. Go above & beyond to help your customers, helping them grow their business and be successful. Loyalty and increased business often comes from just a little bit of extra effort.
