PROMPTLY: Adverb

(Of an action) done quickly and without delay, or (of a person) acting quickly or arriving at an arranged time.

Example: Please arrive promptly for meetings.

MEETING: Noun

An occasion when people come together.

Ex: I have an important meeting on Monday

CORRIDOR: Noun

A long passage in a building, ship, or train, esp. with rooms on one or both side.

Ex: The bathroom is at the end of the corridor.

DIETARY: Adjective

The food and drink usually taken by a person or group.

Ex: My sister has a special dietary requirement that is very different from me.

ALLOW: Verb

To let someone do something or let something happen; permit.

Ex: Allow to introduce myself and my family.

FORMAL: Adjective.

Using an agreed and often official or traditional way of doing things.

Ex: If a social occasion is formal, you wear traditional or very good clothes.

AGENDA: Noun

A list of matters to be discussed at a meeting.

Ex. Today We have a very busy agenda to cover.

SCHEDULE: Noun

A list of planned activities or things to be done at or during a particular time.

Ex: Remember everything will go according to schedule.

IMPOLITE: Adjective

Rude; not polite.

Ex: My brother’s behavior is so impolite.

ETIQUETTE: Noun

The set of rules or customs that control accepted behavior in particular social groups or social situations.

Ex: This gentleman had shown his etiquette during the meeting.

GUESTS: Noun

A person who is staying with you in your home, or a person whom you have invited to a social occasion, such as a party or a meal.

Ex: I really like to have guests in my house.

CHEW: Verb

To crush food into smaller, softer pieces with the teeth so that it is easier to swallow.

Ex: The steak was delicious but it was hard to chew.

RINSE: Verb

To use water to clean soap or dirt from something.

Ex: You have to rinse your dirty hands.

ASPIRIN: Noun

A drug taken to reduce pain, fever, and swelling

Ex: I really need an aspirin to stop this pain.

CRUNCHY: Adjective

(Of food) firm and making a loud noise when it is eaten

Ex. This morning I have eaten a crunchy cereal..

EMERGENCY: Noun

A dangerous or serious situation, such as an accident, that happens suddenly or unexpectedly and needs immediate action.

Ex: In an emergency, dial 911 for an ambulance.

ACUPUNCTURE: Noun

A treatment for pain and illness in which special needles are put into the skin at particular positions

Ex: I had never tried acupuncture, I thing is painful.

REMEDY: Noun

A substance or method for curing an illness, or a way of dealing with a problem or difficulty

Ex: I do not know if remedies work at all.

PILLS: Noun 

A small, solid substance that a person swallows whole, as medicine

Ex. I think I need some sleeping pills by now.

ILLNESS: Noun

A condition in which the body or mind is harmed because an organ or part is unable to work as it usually does; a disease or sickness

Ex:  He died at home after a long illness.
