FACN ： Foreign Agent Control Node PDSN 信令控制节点。FACN 可以将最多 250 个 PDSN 卡组成一个虚拟的 PDSN 组，整个 PDSN 组从 PCF 角度看是一个标准的“大” PDSN ，这个“大” PDSN 容量可以达到 1,000,000 个连接。FACN 是整个 PDSN 系统中的一个可选组件，如果不选用， PDSN 系统可以照常工作，如果选用， PDSN 系统可以提供很多其它功能。
