End-to-end solution starting from pre-diagnosis caregiving (Detection and Diagnosis) and post-diagnosis caregiving (Support) for low-income people who do not have a reliable Internet connection

Post-Diagnosis: SMS concierge “Care Rabbit’

Kaypoh: Singaporean Slang – A nosy person
Increase the chances of timely detection of mental illness by harnessing the wider community
VWOs will provide training for grassroot leaders and Kaypoh buddies (through identification by grassroots/FSC)
Training needs to sensitize Kaypoh buddies to the social pressures faced by the sufferers of mental illness and their family members
Kaypoh buddies will use their community ties with sufferer’s family members to encourage them to tap VWO services when needed
Kaypoh buddies will surface cases to the VWO which require attention by the VWO mobile support team.
