Subject: Release of connection in regularized colonies.

The Haryana Government vide its Notification dated 04/10/2013 having

No. SO/81/HA-13/2013/S-3/2013 has regularized the 543 No. colonies (copy

attached).

In view of above, it is decided that Nigam can now legally release the

connection to residents of these colonies by recovering expenditure incurred in

providing supply, as per HERC regulation 12/2005.

All related Instructions are amended to this extent and SC D-35/2004 and SMI 1.7 stands withdrawn. The above instructions should be brought to the notice of all concerned for

careful and meticulous compliance.
