Always use the same email address to log on. Please use a personal email address rather than a generic chorus role address; this will keep log-in and monetary transaction records unique and avoid duplicate records.

Enter your last known password and click ‘Log in’ button.Click on ‘Reset’ link for first-time log-in or forgotten passwords.

The Registration menu will show your personal record and – if you are an Administrator -- your chorus record. To register for an event, click on the

green ‘Register’ button for that event.

Update or verify personal contact information.Note required fields vs optional fields.

On the first Registration page, select a performance option (Yes/No) and state any accessibility needs. Click Save to continue.

Select registration type: Early, Youth, Senior, or Disability, and any optional donation.

Delegate Registration

Early – May 26 through Nov 30 $ 225

Regular – Dec 1 through Mar 31 $ 265

Late – April 1 through June 30 $ 299

Youth/Disabled $ 150

Senior Early – May 26 through Nov 30 $ 165

Senior Regular – Dec 1 through Mar 31 $ 175

Select payment method: PayPal for immediate payment with a credit card or Pay Offline for

later payment with a check.

Select PayPal option to pay with a credit card.

Select Pay Offline option to pay later (check, etc).Include Invoice # with check when mailed.

Selecting Skip as payment option cancels registration.

You can always check your payments on the My Orders page.Click Log out when you’re done.

Bulk Registration:From Org admin dashboard, click the ‘Organisation members’ button.

From the Organisation members page, Chorus Administrators can and should update the list of chorus members. This page will also

show which members have registered for Festival.

To register new individual chorus members, first ADD them to the chorus membership, then …

… From Registration menu, click the +Add member button and …

… Fill in the individual’s contact information.The email address will be their username and must be unique.

To register several existing chorus members at once, click the ‘Register members’ button on the Registration page

Use the drop-down menu for each chorus member record to purchase the appropriate registration.

Chorus Administrators may also purchase registration credits of various types without registering a particular chorus member.

When your transactions are done, click the Invoice and pay button.

Use the ‘My Account’ page to LOG OUT of Integra.

Registration Credits have certain advantages:

• You can purchase several Credits at Early Registration prices without committing them to particular chorus members. This not only provides flexibility and cost savings, but also minimizes cancellations and the need for refunds.

• Registration Credits can be transferred easily within a chorus.

• We are also planning for a "registration marketplace“ where registrations can be transferred between choruses through private payment. Transfers between choruses will be subject to an administration fee.

• A Credit’s value is a Festival Registration, not a dollar amount.

Scholarships

• One free registration will be given to a chorus per every 20 paid registrations.

• It is up to each chorus to determine how to award the scholarship within the chorus.

• Once we observe that your chorus has earned another free registration GALA staff will add a registration credit to your chorus account.

Transferring Registration Credits Within a Chorus

• Registration Credits purchased by a chorus are transferrable within the chorus at any time during any registration period

• Registration Credits can be managed by amy Chorus Administrator. So, if a delegate buys an Early Registration and later is unable to attend, one of the Chorus Administrators can simply transfer that registration to another member of the same chorus.

Transferring Registrations Between Choruses

We are also planning for a "registration marketplace“ where registrations can be transferred between choruses through private payment.

Transfers between choruses will be subject to an administration fee of $20. Details of how payment should be made are still being ironed out.

The details of how to process a chorus-to-chorus registration transfer will be provided to festival liaisons once they are finalized.

Cancellations

• If a registered delegate is unable to attend Festival, the easiest solution would for that registration to be transferred to another singer within the chorus.

• Second preference would be for the chorus to sell the registration to another chorus through the marketplace.

• If there are no transfer opportunities, registrations may be cancelled with full refunds through May 31, 2016. After May 31, cancellations still will be permitted, but with only a 50% refund.

Badge Names

• Festival badges will display the contact information each delegate enters into Integra, including any Titles, Initials, and Suffixes. "First name" will appear in large font on the badge, with the full name underneath. If the “Known as“ field is populated, that is the name that will appear in large print.
