Wazi nini ukuthi uphethwe ukusongelana kwesisu ngempela?
Uma kudlula izinsuku ezingaphezu kwezintathu

Iziguli zingamakhasimende futhi amakhasimende ayisihluthulelo sempumelelo yomnyango ekunikezeni zonke izakhamuzi ukunakekelwa kwempilo okusezingeni eliphezulu,” kwanezela yena uMphathiswa uDhlomo ngesikhathi ekhuluma nama-PRO esidlweni se-Metropolitan Life Insurance esasixhaswe yi-Networking. Wathi ukuthuthukisa ukusizwa kwezakhamuzi ezikhungweni zempilo zomphakathi wumsebenzi wama-PRO.
UMphathiswa wabe esegagula ezinye izinto ezibalulekile ekunakekelni kangcono amakhasimende. UMphathiswa uDhlomo wachaza, “Silindele ukuthi nihlale nivule amehlo njalo futhi ninakisise wonke umuntu ongena emnyango. Isikhathi senu esiningi kufanele nibe lapho kunabantu khona futhi kumelwe nazi uma umuntu eselinde isikhathi eside kakhulu.”
UMphathiswa wanezela wathi ama-PRO kumelwe aqale umsebenzi wokuya emakhasimendeni ngokushesha okukhulu. Waqhubeka wathi lokhu kusho ukuqinisekisa ukuthi izakhamuzi ziseqhulwini. Umuntu oyi-PRO kumelwe ayeke noma yini ayenzayo anakekele izakhamuzi.
Umsebenzi wesibili wama-PRO wukufundisa izakhamuzi. Lokhu kusho ukunika izakhamuzi ulwazi oluzokwenza zikwazi ukusebenzisa kangcono izinsiza ezikhona zokunakekelwa kwempilo. Kusho futhi ukutshela izakhamuzi ngezinyathelo ezilandelayo, nokuzisiza ukuthi zicabange kusengaphambili ukuze zihambisane nenqubo futhi zigweme izinkinga. Nokuzibuza uma zinemibuzo yini.
UMphathiswa uDhlomo wagcizelela; “Abantu bafuna izixazululo – HHAYI izaba!” Wathi kubi kabi ukuzithela ngabandayo nokubeka abanye icala. “Ngisho noma

Ukukhulumisana okuhle – ukulalelisisa nokuphendula – yinto ebaluleke kakhulu ekuphakeleni izinsiza zempilo ezisezingeni eliphezulu.”
