ENLARGEMENT OF APRON “G” AND ADDITIONAL NUMBER OF PARKING STAND AT TERMINAL 3 SOEKARNO HATTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT –
JAKARTA
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 In order to enhance the airport service and to support the operation at the Terminal 3 of The Soekarno‐Hatta International Airport, it is necessary to enlarge the Apron G with additional of numbering of parking stand and revised the data of APRON G on AIP Indonesia Volume II page WIII AD 2‐18 AMDT 29 Dated 28 JUL 11.
1.2 The Apron G layout are shown on attachment ‘A’.
1.3 The new data of Apron G and new numbers of parking stand are as follows :

3. PROCEDURE
2.1 Procedures for Start‐Up and Pushback of aircraft in Apron G described on paragraph as follows:
‐ Ground crew must ensure that the area behind an aircraft is clear of vehicles, equipment and other obstructions before the start‐up or pushback of aircraft commences;
‐ When the pilot is ready for start‐up and pushback, he shall seek confirmation from the ground crew that there is no hazard to his aircraft starting up. He shall then notify the Surface Movement Control (Callsign : Soekarno‐Hatta Ground Control ) that he is ready for pushback. On being told by Ground Control that pushback is approved, he shall coordinate with the ground crew for the start‐up and pushback of the aircraft;
‐ The following table describes the procedures for the pushback of aircraft from the various aircraft parking stands. When it becomes necessary to vary a procedure to expedite aircraft movements, Soekarno‐Hatta Ground Control will issue specific instructions to the pilot;

The aircraft (in idle thrust) shall be pushback till nose wheel is at the aircraft stands taxilane as introducted by soekarno‐hatta ground control.

The aircraft shall be pushback till nose wheel is at the aircraft stands taxilane as introducted by soekarno‐hatta ground control and then the aircraft pull forward untill behind G07 or G11.

4. IMPLEMENTATION
The operation of Parking Stand and related procedure in Apron G will be effective on 13 December 2012 at 00.01 UTC
5. ANY CHANGES TO THE CONTENT OF THIS AIRAC AIP SUPPLEMENT WILL BE NOTIFIED BY NOTAM OR SUPERSEDED BY OTHER AIP SUPPLEMENT
