MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

BETWEENSMP NEGERI 2 SEMARANG

ANDBAN MAKKHAENG SCHOOL, UDON THANI, THAILAND

With the blessing of God the Almighty and based on the glorious will of the both parties to support each other in developing Indonesian and Thai schools,

so those who approve below:

The Principal of SMP Negeri 2 SemarangDeputy Director of Ban Makkhaeng School

agree to do cooperation with the following objectives: 1. to further enhance present ties between both institutions, 2. to exchange cooperation and establish “smart partnership” on education management, arts and culture among the staffs, teachers and students of both institutions, 3. to promote ASEAN Community understanding. The matters related with the continuity of the cooperation will be assigned in other agreements carried out by authorities or those who are given the authorization by both parties and set in agreements that will be integrated parts of this memorandum. The cooperation has been valid for 3 years since this Memorandum of Understanding approved and it can be prolonged with the both parties agreement. Approved in Semarang, Indonesia on 27 October 2012
