What Was The Protocol?Treatment of Materials Tissue was sectioned at a 7 um thickness, and then fixed with 4% parafolmaldehyde and

permeabilized with 1% Triton X-100.

Fixation 4 % parafolmadehyde at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Permeabilization 1% Triton X-100 at room temperature for 5 minutes.

Blocking Blocking buffer (PBS with BSA and goat serum) for 1 hour.

Primary Antibody Probing Primary antibody was added to the solution of blocking buffer (PBS with BSA and goat serum), at 4˚C overnight.

Sample Wash The sample was washed with PBS with BSA and goat serum 5 times, each for 5 minutes.

Secondary Antibody Probing Secondary antibody was added to the solution of blocking buffer (PBS with BSA and goat serum) with a 1:100 dilution ratio, for 1 hour.

Sample Wash The sample was washed with PBS with BSA and goat serum 7 times, each for 5 minutes.

Visualization Nikon Axiovert microscope.
