Among  the  total  shots  I  took  (total  of  45)  I  choose  these  because  they  are  the  ones  which  best  illustrate  some  of  the  most  popular  poses  I  have  explored  within  the  fitness  genre,  being  also  the  ones  I  prefer  to  feature  in  “You  Fit”.  

My  decision  to  go  for  these  poses  followed  the  influence  of  these  front  covers.    

I  used  a  Nikon  D300®  camera  to  take  the  pictures,  the  one  I  will  use  for  my  final  producPon
