RETOUCHING „Photo manipulation is the application of

image editing techniques to photographs in order to create an ILLUSION or DECEPTION.“

The first case dated back to 1860. Since that time it has developed – nowadays,

it is accepted as an alternative form of art.

Reasons?

What can retouching make better? Erase freckles, hairs, spots, scars and wrinkles Colour hair, an iris, skin and whiten teeth Change the shape of eyes, eyebrows, nose,

neck Reduce spare tyres, thighs, buttocks… Make bigger breasts, lips, eyes…

And the result? The resulting image have no resemblace to the photo from which it originated. Retouching creates biologically unreal beings which wouldn‘t be able to walk and live if they ever got chance.
