Jim Huneke, Long Time Tennis Coach
Jim Huneke has been a tennis coach for over 15 years and a tennis professional for over ten years. For Jim Huneke, coaching and instructing young people in the basics of good tennis is a passion and a job. Jim Huneke believes that helping young people succeed is an important part of life. His work in this area has earned Jim Huneke many awards, including the Young Professional Physical Education Teacher of the Year award.

Jim Huneke is a USPTA Elite Professional certified tennis professional with many years of experience. Currently a resident of Rochester, MN, Jim Huneke had been a resident professional at the Rochester Athletic Club January thru November 2013, and held several other prominent positions prior to this. Being an Elite Professional means Jim Huneke is well-qualified to offer his expert advice to any who seek it. Jim Huneke is also a tennis coach for youth in the area.

Tennis coach and pro Jim Huneke has been a member of the United States Professional Tennis Association for eight years. During that time he has been the resident pro or assistant pro at a number of tennis clubs and recreation centers. Most recently, he has been the full time tennis pro at the Rochester Athletic Club in Rochester, MN. He also coaches youth tennis, which he has been doing for over 15 years, and is a youth hockey referee.
