Subsidized Management Program for Japan 1) Go Green Leadership for 21st Century ; To develop and sculpt the leaders through lectures, factory visits, outdoor activities by top consultants . 3 programs are offered in first phase for each two weeks. • 28 January to 11 Feb 2017 • 14 May to 28 May 2017 • December ( Dates and topic yet to receive) The total cost each training: 750,000 Y After scholarship 432,289 Y , including study material, lectures, airfare, accommodation, meals , domestic traveling etc . refundable


Subsidized Management Programs for Pakistan 1) Safety Management System (Hard Skills Training) It is a one day program for the human safety who works in the factories. Dates to be organized the training April 2017 . This program will be offered once in a year Consultants Genji Tanaka is the world known consultant for the improvement of manufacturing companies The total cost of the training : 18000/- per person Through Subsidized Scholarships : Rs. 5000 including study material , tea and lunch


1) Shaping Behavior with Japanese Methods – Soft Skills Training It is a one day program for to shape the behavior of managers and subordinates for higher productivity and organizational excellenceDates to be organized the training Feb & Sep 2017 . This program will be offered twice in a year Consultants Shaheena Anjum, known for the problems solving trainings and have trained many employees of Pakistani companies. The total cost of the training : 16000/- per person Through Subsidized Scholarships : Rs. 5000 including study material , tea and lunch
