• Support for the development of infrastructure by attracting extrabudgetary funds to Russian regions through PPP mechanisms

• Development of legislation related to PPP and investment activities at the federal and regional levels

• Organizational and methodological support for Russia’s regional executive authorities with regard to the development and implementation of PPP infrastructure projects
