Implemented over 10 major Postpaid plans and Device Bundling Plan. Managed an 2013 government budget initiative “ Phone Rebate for Youth ” Managed Retail Transformation Program covering retail services, in store modernization / experience, retail

marketing, productivity and system, people capability, and reporting. Modernized over 70 stores and achieved cost reduction of 15%. Modernised stores achieved over 20% incremental revenue.

Introduced self-service counter which minimized service gap between Maxis Branded Dealer Stores and Maxis-owned Centres.

Supported HR initiative to distribute iPad Mini to Maxis staffs. Developed and shared the best practice on Device Bundling project management. Received 2013 Departmental Award, 2013 Senior Management Award, and 2015 Departmental Award.

Program managed 8 projects under the 2011 Marketing Program. Produced Range Insights Report – identified over RM 13 million market opportunities within 30 product categories

through market analysis, customer survey, customer spending analysis and sales analysis. Provided Commercial Buying Team with supplier analysis for supplier negotiation, and range gap analysis for

revenue and margin improvement. Initiated the improvement of market research report to provide more actionable insights for revenue improvement. Negotiated with Nielsen to increase the number of customized market report from 5 to 20 per year.

improved customer shopping experience, introduced over 150 new products (including 20 Tesco Brand products), allocated more space for promotion activities, and better on-shelf availability.
