Manatee  Memorial  Hospital  Heart and Vascular Center  includes 24,000 SF  of  Cardiac  Patient  Interventional and  Diagnostic  Care  Treatment Rooms,  Waiting  and  Reception Spaces,  Patient  Support,  Pre  and Post Holding and a 4 PCI Heart Cath Lab  Interventional  Suite.    Vascular Studies  include  3  Nuclear Medicine Cameras along with Stress and Echo testing.    Project  delivered  on  time, under  budget  and  with  full  AHCA approvals. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The  Architect  worked  with  MMH Staff  and  Administration,  Universal Health  Services  (UHS) Management and  Philips  Medical  Systems  to Design  the  facility.    PHM  Group, General Contractor, Smith Seckman Reid, MEP and FP Consultants.   Tim Ott, UHS Project Manager, Roy Orr, MMH  COO.    Phase  2:  11,000  SF Endoscopy Center to follow.
