A radiometric study of organs and tissues by 34 workers involved into plutonium production and died due to different reasons showed that distribution of plutonium in human organism by its in-halation depends on physico-chemical properties of isotope compounds. By transfer of soluble compounds it deposits to a greater degree in skeleton and to a less degree - in liver and lungs, by transfer of insoluble compounds - in lungs. By solubility of different degree the distribution is of mixed type. Distribution of plutonium in lungs is irregular: maximum isotope concentration is observed in superior lobes or lymphoid, that one in skeleton - in thoracic vertebrae and cra-nium.
