Research Proplem : The research problem is summarized in exploring
harbouring criminal responsibility upon terroristic crimes in
Islamic law and Saudi law accompanied with directing terroristic
operations towards Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in order to disturb
security and providing with confusion and unstability. Thus, the
harbouring responsibility is not restricted in harboraging
criminals or terrorists or providing them with assistance but
extend to protect them or providing the securitical authorities
with false information resulting in criminal responsibility upon
the haroborager. Research Importance : The study importance is
released from exploring harbouring criminal responsibility upon
terroristic crimes in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Through informing
public with danger of harbouring upon terroristic operations
committers, and harbouring causes, motives and negative effects
upon individual and Saudi Society, thus it is necessary to inform
the society members about harbouring dangers as a protective action
participates effectively in deleting terrorism roots and supress in
its early stage.

Different forms of harbouring upon terroristic crimes. 3 - Causes
of harbouring upon terroristic crimes. 4 - The difference between
harbouring and hiding. 5 - Harbouring criminal responsibility upon
terroristic crimes identification, and explain its
corners, inhibition causes in Islamic law and Saudi law. 6 - The
role of Islamic law and Saudi law in retarding terrotistic crimes
harbouring phenomena. Research Questions : The research aimed to
reply the following questions : 1 - What is the meaning of
harboring crime, and what are its corners and components ? 2 - What
are the different forms of harbouring upon terroristic crimes ? 3 -
What are causes of harbouring upon terroristic crimes ? 4 - What is
the difference between harbouring and hiding ? 5 - what is the
harbouring criminal responsibility upon terroristic crimes , and
what are its
corners, inhibition causes in Islamic law and Saudi law ? 6 -
What is the role of criminal policy in Islamic law and Saudi law in
retarding terroristic crimes
harbouring phenomena. Research Methodology : The researcher used
the survey documental analytical methodology in the theoritical
frame to explore the the criminal responsibility resulting from
harbouring in Islamic law and Saudi punishment law from all
aspects, causes, its relation with the similar phenomena, its
styles, forms and types. In addition to using case study
methodology in studying and analysis some harbouring cases upon
terrorists to conclude its actual causes, types, forms and motives.
Main Results : 1 - Harbouring is a unique crime has its own terms
and condition in Islamic law ansSaudi law. 2 - Harbouring is
different from hiding, thus harbouring is commonlly agjacent with
committing
crimes reflected negativelly upon individual and society, so
that it is prohibitted according to its harmful effect upon
individual snd society.
3 - The differenr forms of harbouring are : harbouring iquama
and labour laws disobedince, harbouring upon corruption crimes,
harbouring upon drugs crimes, and commercial harbouring.
4 - Harbouring crime corners in the Islamic law are :
harbourage, harbourager, harobouring subject, harbouring actual
desire.
5 - Islamic law agree with Saudi punishment law in determiming
the criminal responsibility upon recognition and freedom.
