Service activitiesService intervals for vehicles with petrol and diesel engines 汽 / 柴油发动机保养里程Vehicles/markets with SIP (QG1):

Petrol engines only

Vehicles/markets without SIP (QG0/QG2):

Diesel enginesor petrol engines (LongLife recoded)

- Oil change service 换油保养 :

Acc. to flexible service interval display, 可变保养周期，最大 max. 30 000 km / 2 years

- Inspection service: 检查保养 Every 2 years (+/- 3 months) Every 4 years (+/- 3 months)

- Additional activities 附加活动 Every 30 000 km / 2 years * Every 60 000 km / 4 years * Every 90 000 km / 6 years * (* Whicher occurs first 以先到为主 )

- Oil change service 换油保养 : Every 15 000 km / max. 1 year

- Inspection service 检查保养 :

Every 2 years (+/- 3 months) Every 4 years (+/- 3 months)

- Additional activities 附加活动 : Every 30 000 km / 2 years * Every 60 000 km / 4 years * Every 90 000 km / 6 years * Every 120 000 km Every 150 000 km (* Whicher occurs first 以先到为主 )

Oil change service 换油保养 :

- according to flexible SID 根据提示 , maximum 30 000 km / 2 years (with SIP)

- every 15 000 km / annually 每年 (without SIP)

Scope: 范围 Note:*country-specific 国家特殊性- Change engine oil and replace oil filter Every 7 500 km / annually* 每年更换机油及机油滤清器 (for diesel with high sulphur content 柴油含硫量高 )

- Drain fuel filter 燃油滤清器放水 Every 30 000 km

- Check front/rear brake linings 检查制动片- Reset service interval display (SID) 复位保养周期- Fill out and affix “Your next service event“ label 填写下次保养标签

- Drain fuel filter 燃油滤清器放水 If using biodiesel, every 15 000 km

- Replace fuel filter 更换燃油滤清器 Every 30 000 km (if using diesel that does not conform to DIN 590)

Every 60 000 km /4 years *-Replace spark plugs 更换火花塞 :-- ribbed v-belt: check condition

At 90 000 km, then every 30 000 km- Check timing belt 检查正时齿带 : 1.4 l and 1.6 l petrol engine

Every 90 000 km- Replace air filter and clean housing 更换空气滤清器 / or every 6 years- Replace fuel filter: diesel engines 柴油机更换燃油滤清器Every 120 000 km- Replace timing belt and tensioning roller 更换张紧带和张紧器 : 1.9 l TDI pump nozzle

Every 150 000 km - Replace timing belt and tensioning roller 更换张紧带和张紧器 : 2.0 l SDI

Every 2 years-Change brake fluid-更换制动液

Every 30,000 km / 2 years *- Replace dust and pollen filter 花粉滤清器

带机油滤清器 3.2 l for 1.4 l MPI petrol engine (BCA) 4.6 l for 1.6 l MPI petrol engine (BGU) 4.3 l for 1.9 l TDI PD diesel engine (BJB) 4.3 l for 2.0 l SDI PD diesel engine (BDJ)

Engine oils for vehicles without SIP (QG0/QG2) or LongLife disabled:

Engine oil to VW standard 500 00 / 501 01 / 502 00 for petrol enginesEngine oil to VW standard 505 01 for PD diesel engines

Engine oils for vehicles with SIP (QG1):

LongLife engine oil to VW standard 503 00 for petrol engines
