원격진료 허용과 관련한 이슈
• 의약단체들은 어째서 반대하는가? • 의사협회의 주장
– 원격의료를 반대하는 것이 아니라, 원격진료를 반대한다.
– 이미 의료서비스의 접근성이 높은 우리나라에서 원격진료의 도입이 논의되고 있는 이유는 필요에 의해서가 아니다.
– 대형병원 쏠림현상 가속, 일차의료기관 붕괴와 의료접근성 악화, 관련 법규 부재
모바일 의료앱·IT융합 의료기기 규제완화
• 의료용 앱이 '의료기기'로 분류돼 편리한 의료 서비스 앱을 개발하더라도 보급할 수 없다는 문제를 개선하기 위해 의료용 앱 판매를 위한 신고를 면제
• 의료용 앱의 진단·측정 오류로 국민 보건이 위협받는 경우를 예방하기 위해 의료용 앱의 최소 요건, 품질관리, 사후관리 등을 규정한 '의료용 앱 안전 관리방안'을 마련
• IT 발달로 스마트 헬스케어 제품이 활발히 개발되고 있지만 현행 의료기기법에서 의료기기 허가 절차를 엄격하게 관리하고 있어 신시장 창출이 지연되고 있어 허가제 완화가 가능한 IT융합 의료기기 분야를 찾아 개선방안을 모색
• 클라우드와 빅데이터 등 분야에서 혁신적 서비스를 창출하기 위해 개인정보 보호체계도 일부 완화
