T&D 飛訊第 176 發行日期:102 10 1 1 頁,共 19 1 員工激勵機制與問題探討 張書豪 1 摘要 人力資源是組織中最重要的資產之一,組織成功與否往往取決於員工的績 效,也因此管理者與研究者不斷地去確認影響員工激勵的重要因素,試圖找 出原因並建立機制。而隨著時代的變遷,員工對於企業的忠誠度已慢慢轉變 為對於本身職業或專業的職業忠誠度,管理者如何透過激勵機制以維繫員工 忠誠,在激勵的方式與本質上已產生一定程度的改變。 本文就員工激勵的相關因子、激勵方法,以及激勵與績效之間的關係從事 進一步的說明,同時提出員工激勵機制模式,將激勵機制分為獎酬激勵、發 展激勵與信任激勵,並探討激勵機制上所產生的相關問題,以提供實務上之 建議。 關鍵詞:員工激勵、人力資源 1 國家實驗研究院科技政策研究與資訊中心 副研究員

    The Study of Employee Motivation

    Mechanism and Issues

    Abstract

    Human resource is one of the most important assets of an organization, and

    the success of an organization often depends on the performance of its employees.

    Therefore, managers and researchers constantly determine the most striking

    factors influencing employees motivation to identify the causes and build

    mechanisms. The employee for corporate loyalty has been slowly transformed into

    vocational or professional career loyalty with the changing times, and managers

    how to use motivation mechanism to maintain employee loyalty, in the form and

    nature of motivation has generated a certain degree of change.

    The article explains the factors related employee motivation, motivation

    methods, and the relationship of motivation and performance. The study also

    proposes employee motivation mechanism model, divided into reward motivation,

    development motivation and trust motivation, and discuss related issues arising in

    order to provide the practical recommendations.
