■ 概要 ■ OUTLINE　本装置は、アクチュエータとその駆動装置によって構成され、台上エンジンのスロットル開度を遠隔操作するものでアクチュエータは、開度目標値に忠実に高速追従します。　アクチュエータは、低慣性のACサーボ・モータを採用しており、高速で耐久性に優れた高信頼性のアクチュエータを実現しました。　システム製品と組み合わせることにより耐久試験、性能試験、過渡試験など幅広い用途にご利用いただけます。

This device consists of an actuator and related drive equipment and remotely operates the throttle ralve of an engine installed on the bench. It faithfully and quickly follows the reference position. The actuator uses a low inertia AC servo motor and is highly reliable with excellent durability at high speeds. By combining it with our possible such as durability tests, performance tests and transitional tests.

1. Low inertia servo motor allows high-speed response.2. Increased durability and reliability.3. Tested body is protected by a torque limiting (motor current limiting) function.4. Stroke setting can be easily set at nearby tested body.5. At a power failure or emergency stop, the electromagnetic clutch disengages and a return spring instantaneously sets a fully closed position to guarantee the safety of the tested body.6. The throttle value operation can be carried out with either a panel setting device using a selection switch or an external analog voltage.

MA-210 assembly type robot is compact, light weight and easy-to-install, by the use of AC servo-motor for actuator drive. ■ 概要 ■ OUTLINE　MA-110車載型エアーアクチュエータは電波暗室内で、車両のアクセル・クラッチ・ブレーキペダルを遠隔操作するロボットでペダル操作アクチュエータ（エアーシリンダ方式）取付治具は樹脂製の部品で構成しています。　駆動源には圧縮エアー及び電動アクチュエータを使用し樹脂製のプルケーブルで接続、アクチュエータ操作することにより強電界での車両試験に最適なロボットを実現しました。

MA-110 assembly type actuator is a robot used for remotely control of accelerator, clutch and brake pedals of car, inside "electromagnetic wave dark room". Brackets for mounting the pedal operating actuator (air cylinder type) are consisted ofresin parts. Compressed air and electric actuator are used as driving sources, and resin cable is used for connection to operate the actuator. Thus actuator robot best suited for vehicle testing in strong magnetic field is realized.

■ 概要 ■ OUTLINE　ストローク設定箱は制御アクチュエータの操作ストロークを学習させるティーチング機能を持っています。　ストローク設定をする試験対象を間近に見ながらワンタッチで設定ができる構成となっていますので、現場での操作性が大幅に改善されます。　また本ストローク対象に対し、アクチュエータ操作が正規化されますので、システムとしてのストロークの違いを認識する必要がありません。

Stroke setting box has teaching function for controlling actuator's operating stroke. This device is so configured that stroke setting can be done in one touch action while closely watching the test object, and accordingly operability in field will be improved significantly.Since actuator operation will be normalized based on the setting against the test object, it is not necessary to confirm difference in strokes as a whole system .

■ 概要 ■ OUTLINE　本装置は、台上に取付けられた試験用エンジンを試験目的に応じて安定した運転をする為にスロットル開度位置制御とPID制御による回転数一定制御を行う制御装置です。　又、外部入力信号によりスロットル全閉に移行する機能を有しています。

This equipment is for controlling engine revolution at constant speed. Throttle opening control and PID control techniques are used, in order to stably drive the test engine on bench according to the test purposes.Equipped with function to fully close the throttle when receiving external signal.
