Nadin’s grandmother came to share with us her knowledge about herbs and how to use them for our health. This knowledge

is being told from one generation to the other in the Druze community

The Hyssop –the plant and the spice

We use the herbs to add good taste to our food but it has many medical advantages

It is recommended to dry some of the herbs before we make tea from them

Margalit and “Yasmin” children gave the children of Julis a little bag with good smell that comes from herbs and Samira gave “Yasmin” class 2 books about the Druze
