一名铁路员工；(Being fortunate to get the chance to attend senior 

high school during the Cultural Revolution; experienced the live and 

work in the production team of countryside as a school graduate; 

recruited back to city as a railway worker 3 years later ;)

恢复高考后上大学，学习发电厂及电力系统；(Passed the 

university entrance examination after its resumption and majoring in 

Power System;)

在华北电力设计院工作15年，从助理工程师到副总工程师、副院

长；(15‐year working experiences in NCPE, successively acting as an 

assistant engineer, deputy Chief Engineer and Vice President;)

在电力规划设计总院工作15年，成为有突出贡献的中青年专家，获得

国家科学技术奖，历任副院长、院长；(Also 14‐year work in EPPEI,  

gaining the title of mid‐aged expert with remarkable contributions and 

obtaining National Top Science & Technology Award; and successively 

acted as Vice President and President;)

2011年9月出任新组建的中国能源建设集团公司副总经理。(Appointed 

as Vice President of the newly‐formed CEEC in Sept., 2011.)
