CHA! Hoisin-Glazed Roasted Chicken Wings

YIELD: 48 wingsPORTION (serving size): 1 wing

IngredientsWings:4 pounds chicken wings, fresh1 cup CHA! by Texas Pete®

1 stick salted butterSalt and pepper to taste

Glaze:¼ cup CHA! by Texas Pete®

¾ cup hoisin sauce1 bunch scallions, sliced thin, for garnish

PreparationMarinate wings in 1 cup of CHA! by Texas Pete® for 24 hours. Place marinated wings

YIELD: 2-4 servings

Ingredients1 rotisserie chicken½ cup CHA! by Texas Pete®

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese1 bag tortilla chips1 jar hot salsa2 oz. sour cream

PreparationPreheat oven to 375 degrees. Pull and shred all the meat from the chicken and place in a mixing bowl. Add CHA! by Texas Pete® and mix well. Place corn chips onto large baking tray. Arrange chicken over chips; sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and toasted, with all cheese melted. Garnish with salsa and sour cream.
