(MA-Pools).

Processes (Level 1) FTE% (FTE) The IT Organization is currently organized locally, mainly consist-ing of function and technology-related structures. Clear task and process responsibilities within the local IT units cannot be identi-fied. Generally, the entire service chain is implemented in accor-dance with the "plan, build, run" approach throughout all sub-struc-tures (teams). The blending of project-related and day-to-day tasks leads to increased effort and costs. Insufficient IT process orient-ation poses a significant obstacle to the shared-service approach.
The Demand Management is not structured in a business or channel-oriented manner. Clearly defined contact partners for the business are missing. Customer demands are received at differentpoints of contact.
With 45%, the focus of IT resources is clearly placed on the Solution Delivery (Application) area. Solution Development (16%) accounts for the largest share.
Quality Management is currently insufficient. Solution Planning,Testing and Approval processes are not sufficient in place, before solutions are transferred to operation. Change Mgmt & Release Management is not conducted adequately.
There is no comprehensive, overarching IT Strategy & Gover-nance (0,9%), Project Portfolio Management (3,3%), IT Architec-ture Management (0,7%) and IT Security Management (1,4%).
Transparency regarding all current demands/projects is insufficient. There is no overarching overview on effort & costs.

IT-Prozesse (Level 3)
Bespiel: Demand Management
2 Vorgehensweise, Methodik – Methodik – Beschreibung/Detaillierung IT-Prozesse (Level 3)
