OTHER INFORMATION
TicketsGrandstand tickets will be available from March
2015 when the prices will be also indicated. The
tickets may be purchased in advance from the
OC or at the Venue (subject to availability).
Reception
The Nations' Reception will take place on
Saturday, 21 June at the regatta venue. Two
representatives from each federation are
invited.
Weigh-in
Coxswains and lightweights have to weigh
in according to the FISA Rules of Racing. The
weighing centre opens two hours before the
start of the first race. The scales are located in
the boat area.
Boat Transport
Each federation is responsible for the insur-
ance of their boats. The OC shall not be held
liable for theft or any kind of damage to the
boats. All orders by the police and customs
officers must be strictly observed.

The official transport service will operate from
Milano Malpensa airport and must be booked
through the Organising Committee.
By TrainState Railway (Ferrovie dello Stato): Milano -
Varese route
Regional Railway (The Nord Milano): Milano -
Varese - Laveno route
By Car• From Milan: A8 take the exit for Bugguggiate
towards Lago di Varese/Leveno;
• From Piemonte: A26, motorway junction onto
A8 towards Varese. Reaching Varese follow
singns to Varese Lago;
• From Lugano: At the border crossing at
Ponte Tresa take the SS 233 towards Varese.
Reaching Varese follow signs to Varese Lago;
• Da Como: Take the SS 342 towards Varese, at
Folla di Malnate take the ring-road and the SP 1
towards Laveno.
By Bus
City bus N: Varese railway stations/Town cen-
tre - Schiranna

MEALS, ACCOMMODATION, TRANSPORTTeam Accommodation
Teams should book their accommodation
through the Organising Committee.The book-
ing service for teams is available from 24
November 2014.
All teams are requested to complete an
“Accommodation Booking Form” at http://

Accommodation requests received after 30
April 2015 are subject to availability and cannot
be guaranteed by the Organising Committee.

Transport Service
Transport will be available for Teams and must
be booked through the Organising Committee.
Transfers on arrival and departure will be guar-
anteed from/to Milano Malpensa Airport and
Gallarate train station. Transfers to other air-
ports will be available on request and additional
costs will be applied. The transfer booking form

The Welcome Desk at Milano Malpensa Airport
is located at Terminal 1 in the Arrivals hall.
A Shuttle service will be provided between the
Hotels and the Regatta Venue. The shuttle
service will start operating from Wednesday
17 June 2015 and will end on Sunday, 21 June
2015 and the booking form is available on
http://www.varese2015wrc.com/wp-content/
uploads/2014/10/Shuttle-Hotel_Venue-
Booking-Form-WRCUP-2015-Varese-FINAL.
Team Managers will be required to complete
the transportation form at the Venue by
18:00hrs the previous day.
The costs for Transfers and the Shuttle service
are as follows:
•Airport or Station transfer and Shuttle service
to/from the Regatta Venue: 120 euro per per-
son.
•Shuttle service to/from the Regatta Venue: 80
euro per person.
•Airport or Station transfer to/from the official
hotels: 40 euro per person.
Transport requests must be made by com-
pleting forms for Airport transfer and /or for
Shuttle service. They are available on www.
varese2015wrc.com and must be sent to the
OC to [email protected]
by 31 May 2015.
Payment conditions:
•30% on booking (non refundable)
•Final payment one month prior to arrival
•A Booking Confirmation will be sent to
the National Federation by the Organising
Committee
•If payment is not received in due time, we
reserve the right to cancel the respective
booking and reallocate the rooms
Cancellation Policy:
•30-21 Days before arrival 50% payable
•20-01 Days before arrival 80% payable
•On arrival day or no show 100% payable
•Changes to bookings will not be accepted
after 31 May 2015
Meal Service
Breakfast and dinner will be provided at the
accommodation.
The Organising Committee is pleased to offer
your athletes lunch at the regatta venue for the
price of 20€ per meal.
Team Managers and coaches should order the
meals in advance.The meal booking form is
