  • About the Race The HU 5K by the Bay Fun Run/Walk is a fundraising benefit for Hampton Roads Ecumenical Lodgings and Provisions (H.E.L.P.), Inc as well as other initiatives for Hampton Universitys Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Club. The H.E.L.P., Inc organization provides a number of services to support those in need, including grocery assistance, emergency financial assistance, family shelters, transitional housing, and a medical clinic.

    Come out and run, walk, or push a stroller while supporting a great cause. The course will take you across the beautiful campus of Hampton University and along the Hampton River. Don't miss a chance to get fit while supporting Hampton University students and the Hampton Roads community.
