The ih meeting of the Pre-Project Appraisal Committee (PPAC) during the current financial

year (2017-18) was held under the Chairmanship of Shri Brajendra Singh, Deputy Managing

Director, NHB on 01.12.2017 at National Horticulture Board, Headquarters, Gurugram to

consider the projects under credit linked back ended subsidy schemes of the Board. The

decided that first NHB may approve proposal for conduct of technical scrutiny by technical

expert before consideration for issuance of IPA, Concerned Division examine the proposals
