※当校では入学希望者および保護者の英語経験については問いません。ただし、保護者の方が、日本語または

英語で学校とコミュニケーションをとることができる必要があります。

*Schedule of each class varies depend on the student age level. There is no nap time for Preschool 4 and

Kindergarten age students.

幼稚部卒業後の進学先について School After Graduation from ELC

本校卒業生の多くが本校付属のホライゾン学園仙台小学校に進学しています。ホライゾン学園仙台小学校への

進学を希望する場合には、Kindergarten クラス担任からの推薦と保護者面接が必要となっています。

（幼稚部卒業後にそのままホライゾン学園仙台小学校に進学する場合、小学校入学時の入学金は不要です。）

Most of the graduates of ELC (Horizon Japan International School Sendai) continue their education at Horizon Sendai

Primary School. To enter Horizon Sendai Primary School, students need to have a recommendation from Kindergarten

classroom teachers and parents will have interview.

(There will be no primary enrolment fee for ELC graduates if they enrol to the primary school just after the graduation.)

以下の期間内に願書を提出してください。

Please submit the application documents to the school office during application period as shown below.

※Preschool 3 クラス 4月入学者のみ上記の日程で観察・面接を実施します。その他の学年については、11 月

中の任意の日（平日）に観察・面接を実施します。

※上記申請期間後に定員に空きがある場合は、随時、入学願書を受付けています。空き状況は変動しますので、

直近の状況については本校までお問い合わせください。

※申請期間中に応募人数が募集人数を超えた場合、申請期間以降はキャンセル待ちリストへの登録のみ受け付

けます。この場合、観察・面接については定員に空きが出次第の実施となります。

*We accept all application forms if you submit your application documents during the application period. We make

decision of acceptance based on the result of observation and interview.

*Only 2020 Preschool 3 applicants have observation and interview as scheduled above. Applicants for other grades will

have observation and interview on weekdays upon arrangement.

*In case we still have place(s) after application period shown above, we accept more applications at anytime.

*If we receive more applications than our capacity, we will only accept applications for the waiting list. In this case,

observation and interview date will be arranged when the place is available.

入学までの流れ How to apply

STEP 1 入学申込み

入学願書に必要事項をご記入の上、添付書類を添えて、学校事務局にお申込みください。簡易書留郵便での提

出をお願いします。（入学期間内必着）

STEP 2 書類審査・観察・面接

観察・面接日時をお知らせしますので、指定日時にお越しください。

※応募者が定員を超えた場合は、観察・面接を行った結果により、入学の合否・補欠登録の順位を決定します。

STEP 3 結果通知・入学金納入

書面にて結果を通知します。合格者の方は、入学金を納入してください。

※入学許可証受理後、入学金の支払前までに入学をキャンセルする場合は、すみやかに学校事務局までご連絡

ください。

※入学金支払い後に入学をキャンセルした場合、入学金の返金はありません。

STEP 4 入学手続き

入学書類を学校事務局に提出してください。

STEP 5 保護者オリエンテーション

新入生保護者オリエンテーション（3月上旬実施）にご参加ください。

Japan, please send documents by “Kanni Kakitome”mail (recorded mail).

STEP 2 Document screening, Observation and Interview

School will inform you the date of student observation and parent interview.

※If we receive more application form than the capacity of class, we will decide the result based on the result of the

observation/interview.

STEP 3 Result Announcement / Make Payment for the Enrolment Fee

School issues “Acceptance Letter” for those who pass the observation / interview. Please pay enrolment fee by the

payment due date.

※If you would like to cancel your application after you receive the acceptance letter, please contact school office as soon

as possible.

※Enrolment fee is non-refundable after payment.

STEP 4 Enrolment Procedures

Please submit enrolment documents to the school office.

STEP 5 Parent Orientations

The parent orientation will be held in early March.

制服について School Uniforms

T シャツとハーフパンツのセットが基本の制服となります。学校で汚してしまった場合等の着替えは私服をご

用意頂いても構いません。上履き・赤白帽子も学校指定のものをご購入頂きます。

基本セット（全員） T シャツ（ホライゾンロゴ入り・赤色）、ハーフパンツ、上履き、赤白帽子

・業者による販売会は実施しておりません。入学前の購入案内時の他、年間を通して随時ご購入頂けます。

・制服の生地に夏冬の別はありません。特別な指定が無い限りは、その日の気温や季節によって保護者の方が

調整してください。

・赤白帽子は常時学校に置いておきます。登下校時に帽子の着用が必要な場合は、任意のものを着用してくだ

さい。

Followings are our school uniform items. Students can use casual wear as extra clothes for change in case they get dirty

at school.

Basic Set (for All ) T-Shirt (Red T-shirt with Horizon school logo), Short Pants, Inner Shoes, Red/White Cap

・We don’t have sales event for school uniforms. Students can order school uniform anytime after enrolment.

・There is no summer/winter differences on clothes. Please make adjustment by yourself.

・Red/White cap should be kept at school. Please prepare cap/hat by yourself if you need to wear cap/hat on the way to

come to school.

・入学金は、兄弟姉妹同時在籍（入学）の場合に 2人目以降 100,000 円となります。

・ホライゾン学園仙台小学校に進学する場合、小学校入学金が免除されます。

・学費のお支払いは年 3回（3月・8月・12 月）です。各学期の学費を、各支払い期日までに口座振替にてお

支払い頂きます。（取り扱い金融機関は「七十七銀行」のみ。）月払いはできません。

・ご利用頂くサービス・利用方法によってスクールバス費、デイケア費等の費用が加算されます。利用料金詳

細は別紙をご参照ください。

・学年費、遠足代等、必要に応じて集金する場合があります。

・給食費の支払は、給食業者への直接支払いです。

・We have siblings discount for the enrolment fee of siblings if more than one child is enrolled at school at the same time.

・Graduates are exempted from enrolment fee of Horizon Sendai Primary School if they proceed just after the graduation.

・School charges school fees by term. (3 times in a year in March, August and December) 77 bank account is required for

automatic withdrawal. No monthly payment is accepted.

・School Bus fee, Day Care fee and School Lunch fee will be charged depending on your usage. Please refer service

guide for details.

・School may ask for bill collection for school supply fees, field trip fees and other related fees if necessary.

・School lunch fee is charged directly by school lunch company.
