The health and safety of our attendees, sponsors, speakers, vendors and staff are of the utmost importance. We will have multiple measures on-site so that we can be together with peace of mind. These protocols will include, but are not limited to:

Sponsor terms and conditions NielsenIQ has the right to make and amend rules and regulations or changes in arrangements as needed. NielsenIQ shall make the final determination of and will enforce all rules, regulations and conditions. Floor plan may be modified as necessary, with all changes approved by the Fire Marshal. Additional regulations as related to NielsenIQ and Fontainebleau Miami Beach will be added to the Partner Service Guide.

ComplianceAll exhibits must comply with the laws and regulations of the district in which the exhibit is held. The person whose signature appears on the Application Form agrees to inform all on-site booth personnel of the show guidelines.

IndemnityThe Sponsor assumes all responsibility for any and all loss, theft or damage to their personal property and equipment while on the Fontainebleau Miami Beach premises.

Sponsor eligibilityNielsenIQ shall have the sole right to determine the eligibility of material, sponsor presentations and services including, but not limited to products, systems, services, printed matter distributed at the conference, including souvenirs and giveaways.

Official service contractorNielsenIQ will provide all on-site services.

Event cancellationNielsenIQ is not liable for failure to hold the Event as scheduled because of fire or any act of God, or the public or strike, or epidemic, pandemic, or any law, or regulation, or public authority, which makes it impossible or impractical to hold the Exhibition. Payments for sponsorship will be refunded in that event.

Sponsorship cancellation Cancellation of sponsorships must be submitted in writing. Sponsors who cancel before 8/8/2021 will receive a refund equal to one-half (50%) of the fee. Any Sponsor canceling after 8/8/2021 is obligated and agrees to pay the total cost of the assigned sponsorship. NielsenIQ reserves the right to resell any sponsorship canceled by a sponsor. Deposit is nonrefundable. Cancellations will result in NielsenIQ retaining all payments received. All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing.

Sponsorship paymentIf paying by credit card -- A fifty-percent (50%) deposit is required within 1 week of receipt of the sponsorship contract. The remaining balance will be due by 8/23/2021. If the sponsor is paying by check, full payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice or by 8/23/2021.

Admission of sponsors/ attendees/childrenNielsenIQ requires a conference badge for anyone who enters the Exhibit Hall or conference rooms. Security will enforce this requirement during move-in, show hours and move-out. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the exhibit area during set-up or dismantle.

General obligationsSponsor must not act in any manner which causes offence, annoyance, nuisance or inconvenience to NielsenIQ, the venue and/or any other attendee of the event, (ii) do anything which might adversely affect the reputation of NielsenIQ, the venue and/or the event, and/or (iii) cause or permit any damage to the venue or any part thereof or to any fixtures or fittings which are not the property of the sponsor. The sponsor shall cooperate, in good faith, with NielsenIQ in all matters relating to the package and/or the event. Without limitation, Sponsor shall provide NielsenIQ with all information as NielsenIQ may reasonably request in respect of the package and shall ensure that such information is accurate.

Sponsor-hosted eventsAny type of event or private function scheduled by a sponsor, held either on site at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach or any other venue, may not begin until the conference and exhibition has officially closed for that day and does not conflict with any other conference activity. Sponsored hospitality suites are not allowed during the conference.

Literature distributionCanvassing in any part of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach outside of your exhibit space is strictly prohibited. Any person doing so will be requested to discontinue canvassing immediately.

Overhead riggingSign hanging and overhead rigging are NOT permitted at this event.

Food/beverage dispensing Food/Beverage dispensing will not be allowed in the expo area.

Smoking RestrictionsThe Fontainebleau Miami Beach is a smoke-free building. Smoking is prohibited in the Fontainebleau Miami Beach at all times.

Balloons, Glitter or ConfettiHelium balloons may not be distributed in the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Glitter/ confetti must be approved by Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Fees may apply.

Sponsor RegulationsAll persons must wear a badge to enter the exhibit, partner and conference area. Nothing may be attached to or suspended from any Fontainebleau Miami Beach structure without the express consent of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Nothing may be placed or leaned against any wall. No writing, taping, tacking or nailing on the any walls is permitted. Adhesive- backed decals/stickers may not be used or distributed on premises.

SecuritySponsors are responsible for the security of their personal property from move-in through move-out. Watch your valuables at all times. Any NielsenIQ contractors and the Fontainebleau Miami Beach are not liable for any loss or damage of materials. Should any loss occur, report the incident to Security immediately.

NielsenIQ, the facility management, or any officers or staff members will not be responsible for the safety or the property of the participants from theft, damage by fire, accident or other causes.

Promotional materialsSponsors/partners may not create promotional materials that are in direct conflict with official conference sponsorships and will be subject to removal from the show. When in doubt, please check with conference staff for prior approvals.

ParkingValet Parking at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach is $30 up to 4 hrs, $49 for 5+ hours.

Package DeliveryAll packages must arrive no later than 9/06/21 and no earlier than 9/03/21. Please address all packages as follows:

Fire Code and Hazardous MaterialsFire regulations require all display material used for decoration to be made of flame retardant or non-combustible materials. Hazardous materials are prohibited.

Premier sponsor touchdown spaceAn optional, 6’ draped table and sponsor-branded signage will be provided if requested. Location and set-up of Premier sponsor touchdown space, as well as type of signage, is at the sole discretion of NielsenIQ.

Sponsored email blastsNielsenIQ shall provide a non-exclusive sponsored email blast to registrants, prominently featuring Sponsor’s logo and link to URL of Sponsor’s choice. Content, audience and timing of said email blast is at the sole discretion of NielsenIQ. Sponsor shall: (i) provide NielsenIQ with all materials, links, or logos within any deadlines specified by NielsenIQ, and (ii) comply with NielsenIQ’s specifications and technical requirements.

Promoted posts/ push notifications/ social postsPosts and push notifications will appear in the conference app at a scheduled time, solely decided by NielsenIQ. Social “shout outs” will also be sent at the discretion of NielsenIQ. Promoted posts will be pinned to the top of the top of the app’s activity feed for 1 hour and may feature a URL of the Sponsors choosing. Exact copy of said notifications and “shout outs” will be at the discretion of NielsenIQ. Sponsor shall: (i) provide NielsenIQ with all materials, links, or logos within any deadlines specified by NielsenIQ, and (ii) comply with NielsenIQ’s specifications and technical requirements.

Registrant mailing list (US-based registrants ONLY)Upon full payment of all fees described in this agreement, NielsenIQ grants premier and Connected Partner sponsors a limited, non- transferable, non-exclusive license to use the US-based registrant Mailing List (excluding registrants that opt-out) of names, companies and email addresses for a single, one-time mailing which is germane to the interests of event attendees and which does not, in the sole opinion of NielsenIQ tend to mislead, misinform or deceive or which may be distasteful in content or presentation. Sponsor’s mailing must be completed within six (6) months from receipt of the Mailing List. The Mailing List may be used for email use only, and sponsor should not attempt to contact event registrants by phone, fax or in person. NielsenIQ’s rights in the Mailing List are not assigned or released as a result of this agreement, but are specifically reserved and retained by NielsenIQ. The Mailing List is provided “as is” and may contain inaccurate email address information. No second use or list enhancement of any kind is permitted from the list. This list may be seeded with decoy information to detect unauthorized use.

Prior to use of the Mailing List, Sponsor shall provide NielenIQ with a copy of the mailing materials for approval. NielsenIQ in its sole discretion, may decline to approve any part of the mailing materials. Sponsor shall promptly notify NielsenIQ of any conference attendee complaints regarding the mailing materials.

Sponsor understands that the confidentiality of the Mailing List is of the utmost importance to NielsenIQ. Sponsor shall implement appropriate security of the Mailing List, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures. Sponsor will not copy or distribute the Mailing List, except that: (i) one back-up copy may be made for internal use only by Sponsor’s staff; and (ii) Sponsor may share the Mailing List with a Mail House, with which it has a signed contract to use the Mailing List solely to send the Mailing Materials on Sponsor’s behalf containing terms at least as protective of the confidentiality of the Mailing List as those contained in this Agreement. Sponsor shall securely destroy the Mailing List within 30 days of its use, shall require any Mail House used to do the same, and shall certify the destruction of the Mailing List in writing to NielsenIQ upon its request.

Sponsor agrees to comply with and have appropriate measures in place to ensure that its staff and agents comply at all times with the provisions and obligations of all applicable laws (including but not limited to data protection and data privacy laws) with regard to the Mailing List. Sponsor will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure to protect the Mailing List from unauthorized access, transmission and disclosure. Sponsor may only use the Mailing List according to the contact restrictions or contact preferences, if any, indicated therein. Sponsor shall notify NielsenIQ of any change or situation which would have a materially negative impact on the effectiveness of Sponsor’s security and privacy controls. Sponsor shall immediately notify CFA Institute of any unauthorized access to, transmission of or use of the Mailing List or the information contained therein, whether such activity is known or suspected (“Privacy Incident”). In the event of a Privacy Incident, Sponsor shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, indemnify and reimburse NielsenIQ for any and all damages, losses, fees or costs (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) it incurs as a result of such Privacy Incident, and remedy any harm or potential harm caused by such Privacy Incident.

Any prohibited use of the Mailing List by Sponsor or agent acting for the Sponsor shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement. Sponsor shall indemnify and hold NielseniQ harmless against any damages or claim of damage, costs and reasonable attorney fees, arising out of the breach of this section, any actual or alleged impropriety or illegality of the Sponsor’s use of the Mailing List or the Mailing Materials, or any Privacy Incident. If there is any violation of this section, damages shall include a minimum of injunctive relief and such other relief as is authorized by law, including reasonable attorney fees, court costs and expenses.
