Terms & Conditions
Passengers above 17 years old are required to bring an original
ID Card like (KTP/SIM/Student Card/Passport/KTATNI/POLRI).
Passengers below 17 years old are required to bring Student Card
or other official ID card with the same photo as in the last
diploma.
Child passengers who do not have ID cards may use the family
card (KK).
Passengers are required to check in at least 1 (one) hour prior
to the time of departure.
Redeem the ticket at least one hour before departure time at the
counter or at the ticket printing machine. Please bereminded that
the operational hours of the stations may vary.
Postponement, cancellation, or modification of journey can only
be done at the nearest train station counter by showing
thepassenger's ID card for whom the ticket has been issued in KAI
reservation system.
Cancellation can be done at least 30 minutes before departure
time.
Refunds for cancellations will be reduced by 25% of the ticket
price for administration fee.
Cancellation of the reservation can not be represented.
Cancellation should be done by the passenger for whom
thereservation has been made by showing the passenger's ID
card.
Modification of the reservation can only be done once, at least
one day before departure time.
Passengers must bring the ID card listed in the reservation to
redeem the voucher for the train ticket.
Promo ticket (ticket with x, y, and z subclass code) can not be
cancelled or modified.
